TwinLuxe Return Policy

If you wish to return/exchange any product(s) purchased from TwinLuxe.com, product(s) must be returned back to us within 20 calendar days of purchase. We will exchange merchandise or remit refund, less shipping. And there will a 15% restocking fee for all accepted returns/exchanges.

Any used TwinLuxe 'Shaving Skincare' cosmetics are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

If your package was damaged during transit by the shipping carrier, please retain the box and its contents and call us immediately at +1 949.502.3754 or email us at customercare@twinluxe.com.

To return or exchange an item purchased on TwinLuxe.com, please send all returns and exchanges to:

Be sure to include:
1) merchandise to be returned/exchanged including all original packaging
2) copy of your invoice
3) letter stating your contact info, and what you are returning or exchanging for

*No refunds or exchanges will be granted if all 3 points above are not met.
TwinLuxe 'Fine Shaving Instruments' & Shave Brushes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to sanitary issues with the razor and/or brush. Exceptions are made only on shave sets that are defective or damaged during shipment to customer.

TwinLuxe is not responsible for any damaged products as a result of customer negligence and/or misuse such as, but not limited to, customer dropping shave set onto floor.

When shipping product back to us, please use a shipping service which allows for the package to be assigned a tracking number (ie. UPS, FedEx, DHL). TwinLuxe is not responsible for any lost or untrackable packages that are sent back to us for return/exchange. TwinLuxe is also not liable for any damaged packages sent back to us for return/exchange – you must contact your shipping company for reimbursements.

TwinLuxe items purchased from other sales outlets (such as and not limited to department stores, hotels, spas, & other websites) and not from TwinLuxe.com must be returned/exchanged at the original point of purchase.
