In some cases, orders may be canceled prior to being processed by the warehouse. Once the order has been processed, you will need to return the package to obtain a refund. Please call TwinLuxe Customer Care for additional information.
If you wish to change quantities or to make additions to your order, please call TwinLuxe Customer Care at the number above. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel your original order (if necessary) and help you place a new one. Once the order has been processed, you will need to place a new order and return the original package to obtain a refund.
